Modelled delivery cost: A$4,860.00 baseline; A$4,860.00 scenario. This is part of modelled cost to serve, not an additional deduction. Amounts are rounded per retained order.
Baseline price-to-contribution waterfall
Rebates and credits reduce invoice merchandise revenue once. Freight and small-order charges are added once. Costs are then deducted.
Invented sample. All amounts in Australian dollars, excluding GST.

Contribution exceptions
Rank the invented sample below a contribution margin you choose. These are arithmetic comparisons, not recommendations.
Margin is contribution after modelled costs divided by net revenue. Nonpositive net revenue has no margin. Ranked by the largest dollar gap to the threshold, then the label.
No rows are below this threshold in the selected case. Change the case or threshold to inspect more.

Your demonstration summary
This is a fictional scenario, not a recommendation. Record what you changed and which assumptions you would check in a real business.
All orders and commercial constants were invented for this demonstration. No client dataset, calibration or price-response estimate was used.
Invoice merchandise revenue equals list value less invoice discounts.
Rebates use invoice merchandise revenue as their basis. Credits are separate fixed amounts on the invented orders.
Delivery and small-order thresholds use invoice merchandise value, before rebates, credits and charges.
Net revenue includes freight and small-order charges. Contribution deducts product cost and the entered cost-to-serve assumptions.
A volume downside reduces orders, packs and monetary components uniformly. Rounding occurs in cents for each component, then invoices and totals reconcile.
Both cases use the same entered cost assumptions. Taxes, fixed overheads, capacity, customer mix changes and collection risk are excluded.
The original discounts and credits describe invented records. The scenario applies proposed rules mechanically. It does not establish customer acceptance, achievable savings or operating profit.
